What does the monthly rate include?
Everything but food and toiletries: electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, all furniture, kitchen, washer and dryer, parking, heating and air conditioning. One number, one payment, no utility bills.
How long do I have to commit to?
No fixed twelve-month lease — month to month works. Longer stays get a meaningfully better rate, so mention how long you expect to stay when you write. Rest assured that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have flexible leasing, so feel free to move out any time for any reason with 10 days’ notice. We will pro-rate your rent.
Do I need to bring anything?
A suitcase. Bed, bedding, closet, desk, and chair are there, and the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and full-size appliances.
Is my room private? Who else lives there?
Every bedroom locks and is yours alone; kitchen, living areas, laundry and (in most rooms) bathrooms are shared. Housemates are verified long-stay guests — students, interns, researchers, and traveling professionals. Quiet hours run 10pm to 8am.
Can I see it before deciding?
Please do. In-person tours and video walkthroughs are both easy to arrange — say which you prefer.
What are the house rules?
No smoking indoors, no soiled shoes inside, light cooking with lids on, no pets, no overnight guests, and clean up after yourself. They are why the houses look like the photos.
